Booking Refunds

Our refund policy for bookings varies depending on the time of year and how far in advance the cancellation is made:

• From April to September: 50% refund if cancelled seven (7) days before the booking date.
• From October to March: 50% refund if cancelled thirty (30) days before the booking date.

Please note:

• Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days after approval.
• The refund will be made to the original mode of payment used for the booking.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the specified periods mentioned above.
• In case of any unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Donation Refunds

As per the nature of charitable donations, all contributions made to Rupanuga Bhaktivedanta Foundation are non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.

• If you believe you have made an error in your donation or have any concerns, please contact us within 7 days of making the donation.
• We will review each request individually and may require additional information to process any potential refund.
• If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original mode of payment within 10-15 working days.
